We are finishing our basement! We flew out Cameron's brother Dallin to help with the framing and help Cameron to go fast. We are basically making it one big room. It will have a full bathroom, along with the rooms that we did during Christmas, which are Cameron's man cave and our storage room. There are a couple of spots that I'm having Cameron build some built in cabinets and bookcases. We are excited to have that space, mostly for the kids to go and be loud and run all they want without running into anything.
The guys took out the bottom part of the stairs that we are opening up to the room. Zack and Coleman LOVED being able to hit holes in the wall with the hammer. Then Dallin decided to punch through the wall. Coleman LOVED it! He just kept saying, "that was awesome"! Then Cameron had to head butt the wall.

They've been working all day and have the whole room framed.

Hey, Madi thought it was so funny that you threw up after you got your ear pierced. It made her feel much better about it. THanks for sharing. Can't wait to see your basement. Has Cameron been working out? I swear he gets bigger every time I see a new picture of him! (Bigger:muscular not Bigger:fat)

you are so lucky!! and how fun! we had someone come and bid our basement??? ALL i can say is i wanted to cry! it's going to take us 10 years to save that much so yeah for having a handy husband and brothers!!! can't wait to see the finished product!!

Looks Great! What little boy wouldn't love to put a good hole in the wall. I bet you are so excited to get this done!! I am sure Dallin and Cameron had a great time working on it together.
hi stephanie:) so, i read a few posts back that you started your kids blogs and you are going to print theM?? if you don't mind me asking are you doing that yourslef or do you send them somewhere? i think it's such a great idea! i feel like my kids are always saying/doing things that are fun and i want to remember but i that i would bore people if i blogged them all...? also, are you just using a simple white backgroudn just like yours and can you add pictures/?? sorry for all the questions. but whenver you get a chance i would love to know! i'm super interested:) thanks and good luck on the basement... i'm jelous!
