final walk through

We had our final walk through this morning. We went through with the project manager and put little pieces of blue tape everywhere. In some ways I started to feel bad telling him everything that needed to be fixed, like they did a bad job. But, that's just part of the deal, right? So we inspected EVERYTHING. Even the temperature of the water. We are really excited and can't wait to move in. We close tomorrow, then we get our keys on Monday and move Saturday.
This is the study just off the entry.
Maren is helping by pulling the blue tape back OFF. So when the guy wasn't looking, instead of him putting the tape on the places that needed, I'd take the tape away from Maren, rip it in half and put it somewhere else that needed it.
Foyer as you come in.This is the dining room. Let's give a big "OH MY" to the chandelier. That sucker is comin down first thing. We will probably use this as a small living room or something. We wouldn't ever use it as a dining room, we are not formal type of people to need a formal dining room.
Our room.
Kitchen and morning room.
Morning room.
Family room.
